The Opportunity:
P&G has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Innovation Engineer to develop cutting-edge digital tools and capabilities, transforming how our perfumers create for our Fabric, Home, and Beauty Care businesses. This role sits within our Corporate Perfume Digital R&D department, enabling you to be at the leading edge of blending scientific expertise with advanced software development to bring innovative fragrances to life. As an Engineer in our Perfume R&D department, you will be part of a dynamic, global team committed to delivering innovative solutions. Your role will involve partnering closely with perfumers and scientists, designing integrated digital architectures, and collaborating effectively across diverse internal and external teams to drive the future of perfumery in P&G.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and grow professionally and possess excellent communication skills—both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams (e.g. perfumers).
