Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Handle day-to-day dialysis unit care and treatment via and according to Regulation and Standardization, to ensure optimum adequacy and quality of life for our patients.
  Menangani pelayanan dan perawatan unit dialisis setiap hari melalui dan sesuai dengan regulasi dan standarisasi, untuk memastikan adekuasi dan kualitas hidup optimal bagi semua pasien.
• To comply and work together with the team to handle operation matters related to treatment need in the clinic; such as administration of treatment report for claim, valid clinical data submission, stock management and purchasing
  Mematuhi dan berkerja sama dengan tim untuk melaksanakan fungsi operasional berkaitan dengan perawatan di klinik;seperti Administrasi pada klaim perawatan, data klinis yang tepat, manajemen stok dan pembelian.
• To always maintain safe, clean, neat and healthy work environment.
  Selalu memastikan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, rapi, bersih dan aman.
• To support other projects/tasks those may assign by Direct Superior
  Membantu proyek/pekerjaan lainnya yang diberikan oleh Atasan Langsung
• Obey the health and safety guideline as per guided by Crisis Management team when doing his/her job inside or outside the organization
  Mematuhi petunjuk kesehatan dan keamanan yang diberikan oleh Tim Manajemen Krisis pada waktu mengerjakan pekerjaannya baik di dalam dan di luar organisasi
• Obey the Fresenius Medical Care Compliance guideline and Company Regulation
  Mematuhi Petunjuk Kepatuhan Fresenius Medical Care dan Peraturan Perusahaan.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years on Hemodialysis clinic

General Requirement

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) and active Nursing License (STR Perawat)
• Preferably hold HD Training Certificate (Pelatihan Dialisis).
• Must have caring, initiatives and deft attitude.
• If no HD Experience, at least he/she has worked at Hospital Emergency unit for min.3 years.
