You are the coordinator of quality programme implementation in your CU (Iberia), that delivers the improvements identified as part of global strategy or local initiatives within the region. You support to create a strong consumer centric culture as well as providing ongoing support in terms of food safety and compliance.
How you will contribute
You will ensure the Iberia Internal & External Manufacturing plants as well as Log Ops and WH teams, the strong Mondelez Food Safety Standards, Regulatory conformance and other Quality related aspects are clearly understood and not compromised; and support Iberia Logops Quality activities (Quality returns assessment, transport losses assessment). Continue embedding Quality In CS&L
You will support the establishment/implementation, development and maintenance of Quality and Food safety systems to assure compliance with MDLZ Quality Chain Management System (QCMS), Policies (QP’s) and HACCP Standard in Iberia MDLZ plants and Sites (based on the scope of responsibility). Contributing to support immediate resolution of potential quality issues and learning implementation for the area of responsibility. Ensure rapid response and escalation as appropriate.
You will support the ‘Consumer Inspired Quality (CIQ) agenda’ throughout the Sites in your scope, driving the needs on change management, if the Quality Pillar’s data analysis required. Leading KPI reporting system in Iberia Sites, based on active cooperation with the sites in your scope.
You will manage customers & consumer complaints/enquiries and other Portugal Key support and contact for Health Authorities in Portugal and other Portuguese Administration and Authorities contact and / or visit in Portugal, through direct relationship with customer’s teams and in collaboration with Sales, CS& (Customers services, Logistic Operation), Legal and CGA (TeamsManagement of proper addressing and accurate follow up of consumer and customer complaints.
In partnership with relevant business functions you will support at the required level, “Big Bets” and other significant project activity, to guarantee the delivery of ‘Consumer Inspired Quality’ products. Representing quality in some Projects, contribute to the definition of products standard and Embedding Quality culture across the Iberia BU and Sites.
Embed Quality E2E supporting Capability Quality trainings to other functions ( Logops, Sales, CS&L)

You are an experienced Coordinator at the Iberia BU Quality team. Your E2E mindset and deep quality and food safety knowledge and technical expertise enables you to support strategic programs with efficiency and execute with excellence. You have a growth mindset that helps identify ways to work with agility and reduce quality costs. You have passion in quality and food safety and curiosity to uncover new opportunities. You are interacting with other departments, product platforms, commercial and supply chain teams (Engineering, BD, Marketing, BU).

This role has the responsibility for supporting key enabling programs enhancing current and future capability with the stakeholders in the field of systems, quality, ways of working and technology capability.
You will work with R&D and BD (Business Development) community as well as Marketing and Commercial teams.
You will articulate and tracking the landing of Manufacturing Standards as well awareness of QM Pillar for the sites as part of the IL6S -Quality Pillar
You will work proactively with sites in your scope to ensure that the quality KPIs are achieved.
