MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Planning Manager is responsible for building and managing E-commerce plan for the whole year and execute it accordingly to achieve sales target.
- Understand consumer, customer needs and market insights to formulate joint business plan with Retail, Marketplace and D2C platforms.
- Manage, guide, and participate in direct planning and task execution that are aligned with business objectives and Brand/Customer strategies.
- Facilitate execution excellence in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning. Continuously upgrade professional skills and suggest initiatives to develop the categories, brands and stakeholders' relationships with aggressiveness and sustainability.
- Supervise e-commerce plan implementation (promotions, exclusive deals, special offers, live shows …) in line with local market needs and competitors’ benchmarks.
- Analyze business and review constantly current business practices and performance with key customers and internally to optimize future planning and execution.
- Plan and monitor budget, channel/customer P&L which driven sustainability and profitability.
- Cross functional collaboration to drive the business result, proficiency and consumer/customer services.
- Understand consumer, customer needs and market insights to formulate joint business plan with Retail, Marketplace and D2C platforms.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years
- Over 5 years working experience in E-commerce industry, related to FMCG products in eCommerce industry,
- Proven Experience in handling E-commerce platform on the Client side or on behalf the Client and Customer (E-commerce platforms)
- Test & learn & fast learning with growth mind-set
Education
Bachelor
- Degree in Economics or equivalent
