Role Title: Security Transformation New Associate

Job Summary:  

As an entry-level Cyber Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies. You will work closely with experienced professionals to analyze security trends, identify vulnerabilities, and assist in creating robust security measures. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in cybersecurity and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies and initiatives. 
  • Conduct research on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices. 
  • Support the analysis of security incidents and contribute to incident response efforts. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance security posture. 
  • Participate in risk assessments and help develop mitigation plans. 
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and documentation. 
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of cybersecurity tools and technologies. 
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. 
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in cybersecurity. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies. 
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls. 
  • Basic knowledge of network security, threat analysis, and incident response. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape. 
  • Relevant internships or coursework in cybersecurity are a plus.
