Iron Mountain is seeking a target-oriented and self-motivated Senior Executive/Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Records Management Service (RMS) responsibilities across our facilities, ensuring the safety and security of our warehouse operations.

You will lead a team of in-house and vendor-partnered staff, focusing on delivering seamless, high-quality projects on time while meeting critical operational guidelines.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage Records and Information Management (RIM) activities—including retrieval, refilling, and Image on Demand (IOD) scanning—across 4–5 facilities to achieve daily and monthly productivity targets.

  • Lead Project & Team Success: Supervise on-ground teams and external vendors to ensure qualitative, on-time delivery of facility migrations and consolidations within the specified scope of work.

  • Ensure Compliance & Performance: Deliver on Records Management Service (RMS) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and facility security policies.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in managing multiple operational sites within a warehouse or logistics environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Records and Information Management (RIM) production workflows, Management Information System (MIS) reporting, and high proficiency in Google Sheets.

  • Proven ability in leadership and stakeholder management, specifically in handling client escalations and leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
