As a Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager, you would be part of a team that strives to provide best in class service to customers in our 25 million square feet of industrial buildings in the French Market. Our customer base is diverse, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations. With an emphasis on customer service and quality buildings, we have the best of both worlds – a local office, with the support and sophistication of a large international company. This role reports to the Real Estate and Customer Experience France, Co-Lead.

What is needed to do that?

  • Provide exceptional customer experience and can communicate with both local and corporate contacts. The ability to adapt to change and willingness to take on new company initiatives with the most positive attitude.
  • Must be able to identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services and aligning them to customer needs (Prologis Essentials, etc.).
  • Must be able to own and maintain strong, long-term relationship with portfolio of customers - becoming their trusted real estate business partner.
  • Strong reporting skills to share with other teams, within the business, insights around the overall trading health of our customers.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive action.
  • Take complete ownership of issues and manage multiple queries from our customers.
  • Must be able to use technology (ex: SalesForce and Yardi) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, reporting to our customers, and working with internal teams to deliver to exceed customer expectations.
  • An understanding of real estate leases is a mandatory attribute for this role.
  • Highly developed negotiation and management skills to ensure safe/well maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements.
  • Strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio.
  • Develop the business plan for each building, ensure its compliance and provide budgetary guidelines
  • Analyse performance of the portfolio
  • Good knowledge of the ICPE regulation
  • An affinity for environmental issues, energy, and the tertiary decree is a plus for the position

Tell us if you are ready

  • 5 to 10 years of demonstrable B2B customer relationship building and conversion of sales introductions into tangible outcomes.
  • Must be able to work well with internal partners (leasing, legal, accounting, construction etc.) as part of an integrated customer service team.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop strong relationship with customers,
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties within a given portfolio.
  • An understanding of property transactions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers is useful.
  • An understanding of budgeting cycles and Service Charges is also useful.
  • Experience with implementing new initiatives, campaigns or system upgrades and proven adoption and change management skills.
  • Regulatory knowledge ( Leasing French law, ICPE, etc…)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong mathematical, analytical skills and financial acumen
  • As business dictates, able to work extended/flexible hours.
  • A good level of English is required.
