Job Summary:
GCC Vadodara campus, seeks to hire a Project data analyst for water treatment projects. In this position, the suitable candidate will be responsible to compile global projects techno-commercial data and analyst inline to commercial priorities to make informed decision. Candidate should have sound understanding of project execution, water treatment system and statistical tools. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skill. Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Gather project data from various ERP systems maintained by regional commercial teams.
• Organize and compile data into comprehensive datasets for analysis.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform project decisions and strategies.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize data findings.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving data analysis processes and methodologies.
• Communicate and work closely with cross-functional and cross-geography team.
• Willing to travel local/global site for short to long duration based on need.

Must Have:

• 3-7 years of project monitoring and data analysis experience
• Knowledge of project management and wastewater treatment system is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Ability to present data findings in an understandable and compelling way.

Minimum Qualifications:

• M.Tech. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Environmental / Chemical engineering.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
