Franchise Performance Coach
Introduction to team
Expedia® Cruises® is looking for an engaging Franchise Performance Coach (Field Manager) to provide business coaching and support for our Retail centers in the state of Florida, USA. In order to provide the right level of service, you have to be based in the state of Florida and within a one-hour drive distance to a major airport. This location will be home office based. As the Franchise Performance Coach, you will drive franchise sales growth & increase business value through consistent, customized coaching and training with Franchise Partners. This support is centered around the Expedia® Cruises® Franchise Partner Compass strategies, resources and behaviors including; Leadership & Recognition; Recruitment & Onboarding; Marketing & Promotions; Planning and Performance; Operations and Administration.

To provide support, coordination, and in some cases leadership for operational programs. Supports the operation's team and works directly with stakeholder groups.
In this role, you will:
• Builds relationships with customer* account team, including key buyers/decision-makers.
• Assists in creating opportunities (e.g., progress meetings, fact-finding/exploratory meetings) to build customer* account.
• Understands and reports a customer’s* business issues through appropriate organization channels.
• Recognizes presenting business issues impacting own work.
• Gathers data/information on potential ideas and solutions to address the business need.
• Documents components of the business case for change at the direction of more experienced colleagues.
• Recognizes business issues impacting own work.
• Can demonstrate knowledge of department/business offering and customer* needs and apply role to comapny strategy.
• Has solid knowledge of competitor landscape and product portfolios.
• Proactively collects data to help support and inform department and team decisions.
• Supports and builds team businbess cases.
• Reviews overarching project timeline and develops a schedule of tasks to achieve project milestones.
• Works with more experienced team members to identify resources required to support a project.
• Keeps relevant stakeholders informed of progress and changes to task timing that impact the project schedule.
• Processes and validates the accuracy of sales incentive payouts based on understanding of different sales plans; identifies errors. May be the owner of final results.
• Supports internal stakeholders by answering basic questions concerning the sales incentive plan administration process and underlying calculations.
• Develops basic understanding of sales incentive administration processes.
• Helps monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales incentives against sales performance by providing relevant analyses.
• Assists with gathering information to define the requirements for sales incentive plans.
• Responsible for implementing changes to segmentation logic.
• Advises account management team on their territory and portfolio design as a subject matter expert, with limited support from senior team members.
• Owns standard processes for sales territories and adjusts them for changing business needs, continously improves appoarch to sales territory management with minimal reliance on more experienced team members.
• Conducts basic analysis of historical sales trends and patterns.
Experience and qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience
• 2+ years for Bachelor's
• 0-2 years for Master's
Functional/ Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in English + additional language a plus
• Proficient communicator
• Project management, process design and change management
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; familiar with relational database management systems and data visualization/reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau)
The total cash range for this position in Virtual is $71,000.00 to $99,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $113,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
