What you will do 

Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Territory Suppression Systems Leader to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role the responsibilities will include representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of the Suppression Systems service offerings to various customers and end users within assigned territory and accounts.  

 

How you will do it 

  • Leadership: Drive continuous growth through partnering with Johnson Controls Area leadership structure and managing daily deliverables across functional teams. Ensure Delivery of field performance and sales channel(s) strategic initiatives are executed in accordance with enterprise goals and area budgets. 

  • Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of the project including all phases of Managing projects, overseeing all Strong project management background. Planning, resource allocation, P&L, etc. 

  • Customer centric: Ability to build relationships through a consultative sales process. 

  • Team Development: Development of the current team through mentorship and on-site guidance to grow the department.

  • Strong Technical competencies to support, coach and mentor technical staff. 

  • Requires good interpersonal skills, along with effective writing, speaking and presentation skills. 

  • Demonstrated management/leadership abilities to include training, team building, presentation and negotiation skills, branch administration and effective interaction with customer/company management 

  • Managing in an ever-changing environment. Skills include leadership, planning, developing policies, delegation, and tracking performance against measurable goals.  

  • Strong project management background. Experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, and budget. 

  • Strong Technical competencies to support, coach and mentor technical staff. 

  • Capable of staffing, structuring, and keeping a productive team of skilled employees.  

  • Growth-oriented leader with proven track record of success. 

  • Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal codes needed. 

  • Computer fluency in Windows, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
