The Enrollment Coordinator will also work with the conversion of admitted students into enrollments by supporting the new student onboarding process. Accuracy and attention to data integrity is critical in this role to ensure the highest level of customer service. Will work as part of a team to prioritize and achieve established goals.

Summary

Accuracy and attention to data integrity is critical in this role to ensure the highest level of customer service. Will work as part of a team to prioritize and achieve established goals.

Job Duties
  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Record Management: Update application records for assigned populations.
  • Application Status Updates: Provide information to stakeholders on the status of applications.
  • Applicant Communications: communicate directly with applicants as assigned by Admissions team members.
  • Seasonal Reader Support: provide information and support to team of seasonal readers.
  • Data Integrity: Run various reports that look for data errors and fix errors.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Superior data-entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow policy and process instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office.

Additional Qualifications:
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Less than 1 year of experience with student information systems or CRMs preferred.

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
