Job Summary
Comcast is looking for a hands-on, creative, and experienced Compensation leader to drive and manage compensation plan design and delivery within our fast-paced organization. You will contribute to the development, implementation, and administration of a comprehensive global compensation strategy that will attract, reward, and retain talent. In this highly collaborative, high impact role, you will partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition and other business leaders to ensure compensation strategy aligns with the business and talent strategy; contribute to the design and implementation of compensation plans, ranges, training, reporting, tools and governance; and lead local adoption and execution of annual compensation processes and initiatives.Job Description
