Job Summary

Comcast is looking for a hands-on, creative, and experienced Compensation leader to drive and manage compensation plan design and delivery within our fast-paced organization. You will contribute to the development, implementation, and administration of a comprehensive global compensation strategy that will attract, reward, and retain talent. In this highly collaborative, high impact role, you will partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition and other business leaders to ensure compensation strategy aligns with the business and talent strategy; contribute to the design and implementation of compensation plans, ranges, training, reporting, tools and governance; and lead local adoption and execution of annual compensation processes and initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support strategic objectives and comply with regulations.
• Oversees the annual salary and bonus review process.
• Provides leadership in the evaluation and maintenance of employee compensation programs.
• Provides direction, coaching and development opportunities for all direct reports.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
