Job Summary:
In the Advanced development, propose specifications for a high-performance refrigeration cycle, which is extremely important in the development of new product. Collaborate with stakeholders to balance performance and cost, and work from both a research and design perspective.
Responsibility:
- Simulation and experimental analysis will be used to generate ideas for improving the efficiency of the refrigeration cycle of commercial air conditioners from both hardware and software perspectives.
- To improve the efficiency of the refrigeration cycle, set the optimal control target values at stable state in a control perspective to achieve the highest performance, utilizing knowledge of heat exchangers, accumulators, and expansion valves.
- Optimize the refrigeration cycle circuit, accumulator tank specifications (oil return hole and equalizing pressure hole), and oil return circuit to achieve the highest performance when the refrigeration cycle is configured with the new refrigerant and corresponding refrigeration oil.
- In cooperation with the members of the platform design department, each module, and other stakeholders, identify the gaps between current and target performance and proposes new improvements, not only in terms of performance, but also in balance of both performance and cost.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in refrigeration, mechanical engineering, heat transfer engineering, thermodynamics, etc.
Working experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in refrigeration cycle design or as a researcher
