  • The position is responsible for the overall supervision of the Policy Withdrawal group of Policy Disbursement. 

    The position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of requests sent through the disbursement mailbox.  Accountable for ensuring the correctness and validity of all disbursement transactions.

    The position recommends, develops and conducts disbursement-related training; participates in staff

    hiring and development and continuous improvement initiatives and other related activities to support

    the Manager in meeting service level objectives.

  • Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written);
  • Good understanding of the life insurance and pre need business, the Company’s products and services, contract provisions, business practices and procedures, and customer service trends.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • College/University Graduate in any 4 years business related course
  • At least 3 years experience in a customer service environment specializing in disbursements and complex inquiry handling.
  • Preferably with LOMA - ACS designation or with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
