American Health Technology Group (“AHTG”) is a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company based in Oklahoma City, OK. AHTG is part of a larger group of companies collectively known as American Health Staffing Group (AHSG) which is a portfolio company of Littlejohn and Co. AHTG currently has two SaaS products which have disrupted the Healthcare Workforce Management Industry since launching in 2018, resulting in rapid growth and achieving profitability within 24 months of launch.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure the accuracy of submitted data and generate comprehensive reports.
- Analyze data for trends and create visually appealing presentations of findings.
- Develop customized solutions for client and vendor problems.
- Conduct demos, trainings, and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors.
- Audit invoices for accuracy and conduct time/labor and expense audits.
- Prepare product reference guides and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and vendors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of staffing solutions according to customer needs.
- Participate in product implementation for new customers, assisting with training and product configuration to meet go-live deadlines.
- Report on support metrics to leadership, vendors, and customers.
- Escalate customer and vendor communications as needed.
- Demonstrate business acumen, understanding the business, customer, and market.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and product, understanding production challenges.
- Assist customers with staffing solutions via email, phone, online presentations, and meetings.
- Tailor messages effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Be readily accessible to the team and stakeholders.
- Continuously seek and implement opportunities to improve operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and support various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

Experience/Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data for trends and generate reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to tailor messages to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and experience in conducting training sessions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
