About the Role
Candidate for Vitality Distribution and Engagement, Consultant will be responsible for AIA Vitality, an award-winning health and wellness programme to the Tied Distribution channel to engage and support them on their business to drive business growth and Vitality integration. The candidate should have extensive experience in the business development and preferably within insurance field and be able to work and interact well cross-functionally across districts/agencies and departments.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Spearheading AIA Vitality and develop a compelling business proposition to spike vitality-integrated sales for selected AIA products and grow AIA Vitality membership for retail.
Collaborate, support, and engage Tied Distribution with regular sales training, sales campaigns, as well as plan and implement customer engagement events/activities to provide opportunities for AIA representatives to drive vitality awareness, engagement and generate repurchase to achieve sales targets and important metrics.
Close collaboration with Tied Distribution to provide dedicated Vitality support which includes but not limited to potential vitality sales opportunities, post-sales Vitality integration and member servicing resolution.
Work closely with the Business Development Managers within the various distribution channels and ensure they are adequately trained on AIA Vitality, processes, campaigns, sale tools and partner offerings.
Track and prepare monthly Vitality sales reports for reporting.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
University degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of related industry experience.
Prior experience in business development or sales.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
Articulative with strong business sense, good influencing, and presentation skills.
Good with numbers and sales reporting.
