The Dell Client Sales Account Manager is a commissioned sales position responsible for managing the relationship between Intel Client Computing Group (CCG) and Dell Client Product Group (CPG) and WW Procurement (WWP). The focus of the role will be driving the Dell Alienware portfolio strategy as well as managing and building various worldwide programs.

This person will be critical to establishing great relationships and developing trust with key individuals at Dell and Intel to help both companies understand each other's challenges and opportunities and work towards a solution that allows both companies to succeed.

The candidate will have enough technical depth to understand the Intel product roadmap; the customer roadmap needs; and what the competition is offering to intelligently recommend how to sell the Intel value proposition. The solution can be a mix of technical, marketing, and business/pricing/investment strategies to ensure that both Intel and Dell win in the marketplace.

This person is responsible for one of Intel's largest revenue accounts and will be required to meet or exceed annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Sales Application Engineers who are responsible for the technical support and execution to launch of the supported product.

As a successful candidate you must:

  • Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, and code of ethics
  • Be self-motivated and able to build new relationships both internally and externally
  • Willingness to lead cross-functional projects (i.e. drive new technologies, manage platform development risk, long term planning)
