Medical Scientific Liaison Specialty Care (m/w/d) – Mitte Schweiz (Basel, Bern, Luzern, Aarau)

Die Position bietet wissenschaftliches und medizinisches Engagement mit führenden externen Experten und Meinungsführern (KOLs) in spezialisierten Therapiegebieten, um neue Daten und wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zu GSK-Arzneimitteln in spezialisierten Therapiegebieten fachgerecht zu vermitteln.

Hauptaufgaben:

• Identifikation und Priorisierung von externen Experten/KOLs sowie Entwicklung robuster medizinischer Engagement-Pläne. 
• Förderung wissenschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit zwischen externen Experten und internen Stakeholdern; Unterstützung von Bildungsinitiativen, innovativer medizinischer Projekte in strategischen Partnerschaften und Stärkung der Präsenz in akademischen Zentren. 
• Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Peer-to-Peer-Gespräche und Präsentationen für Ärzte (sowohl in Einzelgesprächen als auch in Gruppen). 
• Erfassung von wertvoller Erkenntnissen und interne Kommunikation. 
• Beantwortung medizinischer Anfragen, um den angemessenen Einsatz von GSK-Medikamenten zu gewährleisten. 
• Unterstützung von klinischen Entwicklungsprojekten und Forschungsinitiativen. 
• Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen wissenschaftlichen Konferenzen zur Zusammenarbeit mit Fachleuten. 
• Einhalten von lokalen und globalen Gesetzen, Vorschriften, Richtlinien und Unternehmensrichtlinien. 

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten: 

• Abgeschlossener Studienabschluss im Gesundheitswesen oder ein MSc oder PhD in Naturwissenschaften. 
• Berufserfahrung als Medical Scientific Liaison, Medical Manager oder in einer ähnlichen Position mit Expertenzusammenarbeit in der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
• Erfahrung in der Behandlung von entzündlichen Erkrankungen in der Pneumologie, Immunologie oder anderen Fachgebieten. 
• Verständnis von klinischen Forschungsmethoden. 
• Fähigkeiten: Stakeholder-Engagement, abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, Insight Generation, Präsentationsfähigkeiten. 
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse. Zusätzliche Sprachen (Französisch, Italienisch) wären von Vorteil.
