The Development Tools team builds and supports the tools, standards, and processes that make software delivery faster, safer, and more consistent. The team manages CI/CD pipelines, deployment patterns, compliance requirements, secrets handling, and automation capabilities across the delivery platform. They also maintain the CI/CD catalog, track metrics, create documentation, and work with infrastructure and business teams to improve the overall delivery experience. Their focus is to provide a reliable and scalable CI/CD platform that supports secure and efficient software delivery.
As a dedicated Software Engineer, you will help support and improve CI/CD pipelines, documentation, standards, and integration efforts while learning how enterprise delivery automation platforms are built, governed, and maintained.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Salary: The salary range for this position is: $63,590.00- $121,530.00
