At its core, Roundel is about using Target’s rich insights to create smart, personalized advertising campaigns that bring guests more of the products and offers they love. It works on Target’s platforms, like Target.com and our mobile app, as well as going beyond to connect our partners with guests across more than 150 premium publishers and channels (think: Pinterest, PopSugar and NBC Universal). We work with some of the largest brands and advertising agencies in the world to create a unique experience for our guests’ digital journey.

About the Role:

Serve as a partner and enabler to the Director, Business Transformation as an executor, with the goal of supporting the office of the VP Roundel in India.

Responsibilities of this role:

Project & Content Management: (Keeping Strategy of Roundel TII at the centre of this role)

  • Manage Roundel in India’s Strategic priority to deliver on key initiatives for the enterprise.

  • Set schedules for and curate all meeting content – Offsites, Leadership meetings, Strategic Priority conversations.

  • Documentation, agenda management, organizing cadences, calendars for Roundel initiatives.

  • Run reliable + sustainable operating cadence and processes that effectively brings the leadership and key partners together to deliver on the Roundel strategic roadmap

  • Initiate and drive organisation wide initiatives based on emerging organisation needs aided by usage of operational and business KPI’s

  • Identify process gaps and design new ways of working to build rigor and discipline of program management

  • Hosting visitors at Roundel (Internal & External)

Stakeholder Management:

  • Builds Influence - Develops and presents logical, convincing reasons in support of one's perspectives and initiatives.

  • Has proven experience in communicating with all levels of the organization and understanding the different perspectives.

  • Is able to drive collective consensus towards desired outcomes.

What you will bring to us:

  • Overall experience of 10+ years.

  • 3 year Bachelor’s Degree & an MBA preferable (or additional experience in lieu of that), preferably from a consulting, Retail or a CPG business in India with exposure to business and strategy

  • Organized project or business manager with experience in playing a central coordination role

  • Ability to translate analytical data into useful business information & experience with BI reporting tools

  • Expertise in leading organisation wide changes using problem solving frameworks and methods is preferred.

  • The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment, and excellent team player. The candidate will be asked to juggle multiple ad hoc requests in addition to the BAU aspects of the role.

  • The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and flexible team player who has a strategic vision but also the ability to execute successfully.

  • Ability to take complete ownership and accountability

  • Strong interpersonal and process & time management skills

  • Self-starter who will take initiative, learn quickly and work independently

  • A track record of success and a demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and discretion

  • High level of attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills
