We are looking for a new Pricing Development Manager! 

You will manage and develop our pricing and revenue management process in collaboration with product, development, sales, ICT and operations teams. You will lead business development projects and develop our pricing strategy. You will identify opportunities to improve pricing through automation and data, propose and drive development initiatives, and implement agreed improvements within your team.

The role also includes building pricing business cases for large customer quotes in Finland and the Baltics, providing insights to support business decision-making. In addition, you will support and train sales, customer service, billing, and other internal stakeholders on pricing. You will also define and update contract and list prices and communicate changes working closely with sales and communications.

You will be a part of the Pricing Intelligence & Development team for eCommerce and Delivery services.

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have: 

• Proven experience in business development, pricing or logistics and applicable bachelor’s or master’s degree level education 

• Analytical skills and the ability to work extensively with data (e.g., financial and quality-related KPI metrics, SQL queries) 

• Experience in leading development projects and familiarity with related tools 

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in an international matrix organization (sales, production, finance, ICT, analytics) 

• A solution-oriented and customer-focused approach to work 

• Knowledge of logistics market and processes is considered an advantage 

• Advanced Excel skills 

• Fluent language skills in English. Proficiency in Finnish is highly valued and considered an asset.
