SCUK Product Executive

Santander Consumer Finance is one of the UK’s Leading Motor Finance companies and we are currently looking for a Product Executive.

This is a unique opportunity to join the existing Marketing team and be responsible for the day-to-day management and creation of dealer / manufacturer financial products. This will be a role where you need to be able to work under your own initiative, demonstrating good time management skills

Please note this role is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week in the Redhill office. Remote workers will not be considered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the Products mailbox is monitored and worked within established SLAs

  • Collaboration with the Marketing Managers to understand the deadlines that need to be adhered to for all product requests

  • Stakeholder relationship management- working with Sales, Operations, IT, Risk and other departments, both internal and external

  • Being proactive in interacting with stakeholders to resolve product issues and progress requirements in line with motor dealer and OEM requests

  • Amendments to existing products on an ad-hoc basis

  • Creation and maintenance of procedures/documentation

  • Support with testing new system functionality in Business Components and new Back-End system

  • Identification and implementation of system improvements in conjunction with IT project management and Risk

  • Adhering to our commitment to Consumer Duty ensuring we put our Customers’ needs first and set higher and clearer standards of consumer protection

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a formal structured environment, e.g., financial services, insurance, or similar regulated industry

  • Proven record of working in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple requests

  • Ability to liaise with all stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, to establish rapport and persuade others

  • Strong attention to detail, numerate and analytical

  • Ability to manage a highly variable workload and is self motivated
