Santander Consumer Finance is one of the UK’s Leading Motor Finance companies and we are currently looking for a Product Executive.
This is a unique opportunity to join the existing Marketing team and be responsible for the day-to-day management and creation of dealer / manufacturer financial products. This will be a role where you need to be able to work under your own initiative, demonstrating good time management skills
Please note this role is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week in the Redhill office. Remote workers will not be considered.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the Products mailbox is monitored and worked within established SLAs
Collaboration with the Marketing Managers to understand the deadlines that need to be adhered to for all product requests
Stakeholder relationship management- working with Sales, Operations, IT, Risk and other departments, both internal and external
Being proactive in interacting with stakeholders to resolve product issues and progress requirements in line with motor dealer and OEM requests
Amendments to existing products on an ad-hoc basis
Creation and maintenance of procedures/documentation
Support with testing new system functionality in Business Components and new Back-End system
Identification and implementation of system improvements in conjunction with IT project management and Risk
Adhering to our commitment to Consumer Duty ensuring we put our Customers’ needs first and set higher and clearer standards of consumer protection
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working in a formal structured environment, e.g., financial services, insurance, or similar regulated industry
Proven record of working in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple requests
Ability to liaise with all stakeholders at all levels
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Excellent oral and written communication skills, to establish rapport and persuade others
Strong attention to detail, numerate and analytical
Ability to manage a highly variable workload and is self motivated
