You'll collaborate with seasoned team members to measure and enhance user experiences by pinpointing issues and proposing data-driven solutions.

You'll support the Product Management team throughout the product lifecycle, including discovery, solutioning, launch, and monitoring, while contributing to the implementation of key initiatives.

  • Participate in agile rituals for API teams.
  • Learn to maintain team backlogs, write user stories, and gain exposure to strategic initiatives.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand user requirements, gather feedback, and identify enhancements that deliver value.
  • Support the resolution of RPDs and issue trackers, and develop training materials for users, sales, implementation, support, and content teams.
