Our Newest Opportunity: 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Core responsibilities will be completed with some supervision and include but are not limited to:
  • Receive and review employment verifications timely
  • Leverage Chick-fil-A systems and software to appropriately respires to employment verification requests
  • Complete provided documentation or prepare appropriate response back to requestors
  • Research credit card disputes and challenge with corresponding evidence
  • Communicate with staff on non-routine requests for escalation
  • Assist with special projects and perform other additional duties upon request
  • Working hours are 8:00 AM – 5PM EST Monday-Friday
  • Dedicated resources will provide support virtually and join in person at the Chick-fil-A Support Center less than 25%.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • An inquisitive nature, always pressing to know more and understand more about the client and their needs
  • Technology savvy, having a curiosity and propensity to learn more about computers, software and other tools that make business more effective and productive
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills enabling one to gather data and present it in a clear and understandable method to the receiving audience
  • An excellent communicator (listens, speaks, and writes well)
  • Highly organized and process driven; is able to manager a multitude of requests, details, and follow-ups (including paperwork)
  • This position may require getting to and from client locations and physical office. For that, reliable transportation and punctuality is required
  • Welcomes change

Education, Training and Experience

  • High school diploma, minimally. College degree and any other professionally related designations are preferred.
  •   Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, 
professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are 
eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on 
your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer
