Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team in Brno, focusing on blue‑collar recruitment and the related administrative agenda.

This is a maternity leave cover position.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
Ensuring a stable pipeline of candidates for production roles based on business needs
Creating job advertisements, selecting the most effective sourcing channels, and handling related administrative tasks
Communicating with line managers and HRBPs on recruitment topics
HR marketing, cooperation with technical secondary schools, participation in school events, and organizing site tours for elementary and secondary schools within the ABB factory
Monitoring HR trends and proposing and implementing improvements
Preparing and signing employment contracts for new hires
Supporting the implementation of new processes, projects, and initiatives
Qualifications for the role
Secondary school education with a school‑leaving exam
English at at level A2
Czech or Slovak at a native level
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of the Czech labor market and basic understanding of labor law
Dynamic and decisive personality with a proactive approach
Resilience, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people
Knowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Workday is an advantage
