We are looking for an enthusiastic Ecosystem Enabling individual to enable ecosystem and industry partners to build solutions around new Intel platforms and technologies, drive the adoption of Intel Edge AI Systems across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In this unique hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between our engineering teams, vertical business units, sales and marketing teams and our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners. You will identify high-potential ISVs in the Edge focused segments including but not limited to cities and transportation, robotics, healthcare, retail and industrial sectors, help them optimize their AI models on Intel architecture (using tools like OpenVINO), and onboard them into our Edge ISV Program, acting as our evangelist who unlocks business value for our partners.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. ISV Onboarding
• Solution Mapping: Assess the needs of potential ISV partners and map them to the correct Intel software offerings, and onboard as qualified Intel Edge AI Applications.
• Architecture Advisory: specific to Open Edge Platform (OEP) and Edge AI Suites, provide high-level guidance on how ISVs can leverage the platform to scale their applications across diverse hardware configurations.

2. Program Enablement and Evangelism
• Edge ISV Program Management: Serve as the regional expert on the Edge ISV Program, articulate the tiers, benefits, and marketing support available to partners.
• Value Proposition Coaching: Train ISV business and product leaders on the competitive advantages of Intel's Edge AI portfolio. Help them understand the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and performance benefits of migrating to Intel architecture.
• Workshops: Coordinate with Business Development managers on webinar sessions for ISVs in APJ, focusing on the capabilities of the technology rather than the syntax of the code.

3. Regional Business Development (Japan, Korea, India, APJ others)
• Partner Recruitment: Proactively identify and recruit high-value ISVs in key verticals and countries across the APJ region who have scalable applications in Edge AI, especially in Japan and/or Korea.
• Commercial Alignment: Work with ISVs and sales team to package their software with Intel hardware, creating Edge AI Applications and Solutions and scale via channels and partners across the ecosystem.
• Pipeline Management: Track ISV engagement progress and deployment numbers, reporting on the Edge AI KPIs for the region.
• Localization: Bridge the cultural and business gap between Global HQ and partners in region especially in Japan, ensuring that program messaging resonates with local market nuances.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 year Experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, or Partner/Alliance Management within the Edge, AI, IoT industry.
• Familiarity with the Intel software ecosystem (OpenVINO, oneAPI, Open Edge Platform) is a strong plus, but candidate's trainability is the key.
• Experience in managing external stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structures.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven track record of Business Development experience with ISV companies
• Strong public speaking skills; comfortable presenting to both Product Managers and C-Level executives.
• Language: English and Japanese proficiency. Must be able to conduct business negotiations, explain program benefits, and manage relationships in both languages.
