ABOUT THE JOB: 

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity where you can take ownership and draw your path in a complex and fast-paced environment. You will stretch your capabilities learning from, sparring and building lasting relationships with diverse and professional colleagues.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Learning Design (45%)

  • Implement Leadership Pathway programs and Personal Effectiveness development initiatives. Utilize both intellectual property materials and original content to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.

  • Implement the Learning strategy, underpinning tools and processes.

  • Assist in the implementation of NAB global learning programs in Vietnam.

  • Maintains records of costs and monitors to ensure costs are within budget.

  • Distributes learning manuals and other learning aids.

  • Deliver basic training programs, e.g. Induction, Regulatory trainings, other standard programs.

  • Administer learning procedures, learning programs, coordinates learning programs.

  • Monitor training effectiveness, administer & analyse training surveys and suggest improvements.

2. Talent Development (30%)

  • Refine the Job Capability Framework and conduct assessment processes. Conduct Talent Leadership Reviews and manage the Talent Pipeline to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Facilitate talent management process across the business functions.

  • Implement Career Development programs, Performance Management Cycle, etc​.

3. Culture and Engagement (25%)

  • Foster a positive work and learning culture within NAB Vietnam.

  • Initiate programs that enhance colleague engagement and embody our new Who we are in day-to-day operations.

Specific skills:

  • Establishes good interpersonal relationships.

  • Ability to get point of view across clearly and concisely.

  • Uses effective questioning techniques to understand stakeholder needs.

  • Competently and confidently responds to enquiries from employee (may need assistance in structuring response).

  • Ability to conduct limited research & compile reports.

  • Organises variety of simultaneous tasks and projects to achieve goals.

  • Plan workflow for areas of responsibility.

  • Able to advise alternative solutions in area of responsibility and expertise.

  • Gathers relevant information about a situation and effectively interprets the data to solve a problem.

  • A mature, supportive team member who thrives in collaborative environments.

  • Be service-oriented, always establishes strong relationships to deliver service.

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and engaging a diverse workforce.
