Citi’s Risk Management organization oversees Citi’s risk governance framework and risk appetite, ensures all risks generated by the firm’s businesses are measured, reviewed, and monitored on an ongoing basis.

About the team:

This role is part of the Cross Product Readiness and Execution team within the Risk Data and Technology organization of Enterprise Risk management. This is a versatile team responsible to:

  • Implement a strategy for user enabled tooling that supports business needs and reduces reliance on End User Computing (EUC)

  • Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and company polices e.g. EUC, CDGP, ITeSS

  • Create consistency in product roadmaps to enable integrated user journeys that rationalize, standardize and simplify capabilities across Risk to gain maximum benefit from each product

About the role:

An IT-enabled Smart Solution (ITeSS) is a technology that offers end users the ability to create Use Cases without significant IT involvement and serves as a lower risk alternative to EUCs because they are developed on tech platform with higher levels of controls. This role will be part of the ITeSS Product execution pillar of the team, providing product management expertise as part of Risk's IT enabled Smart solution (ITeSS) Program. This program prescribes the requirements to be met in order to use a platform as a method of End User Computing (EUC) Risk Reduction.

This role will partner with technology and business users to deploy ITeSS use cases into ITeSS certified platform(s) in support of Risk's end user computing (EUC) risk reduction commitments. This role will also facilitate planning for further risk reduction (e.g. CORE IT or process reengineering) for the deployed ITeSS use cases in line with the timelines prescribed in the Standard.

In this role, you’re expected to:

ITeSS Program:

  • Partners with Technology & Business SMEs to document existing use cases, validate requirements and ensure solution feasibility

  • Conduct business analysis to identify current data sources being used and their origin e.g. manual upload, systemic feed to facilitate the creation of a comprehensive inventory of data sources.

  • Support the development of an ITeSS product roadmap and target state data model

  • Plans and coordinates ITeSS use case deployment readiness activities for new journeys and subsequent journey enhancements

  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of ITeSS use cases, ensuring that overall progress is in line with the consent order exit timelines

In addition to the ITeSS program responsibilities, this role will:

  • Develop & execute a remediation plan to bring the application into compliance with the Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP)

  • Execute Primary Business Information Owner (PBIO) responsibilities for the platform

  • Monitor operational metrics on the platform and work with technology and business users to remediate any KPI breach

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in global and complex settings with multiple stake holders

  • Prior work experience in area related to analytics and/or strategy consulting

  • Prior experience with Tableau essential

  • Ability to work in a team of diverse skill


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
