The work location requires working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. And  with all our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.

Here’s what you need:

• Master of Business Administration degree

• Minimum 3 years of industry or consulting experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in executing projects involving strategic cost management, organization design and implementation, and/or enterprise transformation

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
