ABOUT THE POSITION
This position will coordinate SC Transformation efforts across both Quality, Production and Planning to drive continuous repositioning of work and streamlining of operations across LO network.
You will be working under dynamic environment, to create strong network of people coming from different professional and cultural background.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources to enable project implementation and execution
- Ensure tasks are delivered on-time and within scope
- Present to stakeholders and to management teams on the project progress, problems and risks
- Report and escalate problems to management as needed
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Coordinate the global production/QA team across LO network on some specific tasks or projects (process improvement, automation, centralization/globalization, vendor empowerment) to drive manufacturing operations transformation.
- Be responsible for providing training or leadership for project team members, and planning and assigning personnel to certain projects or specific tasks.
- Establish and maintain good Partnership with related cross functional departments in the organization and other business partners outside of organization.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
YOU HAVE
- University/College degree in textiles, apparel, business, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of related professional experience, and strong competence with the various tools and procedures used to manage apparel production
- Advanced knowledge within own specialty area and related areas. Applies specialized knowledge of industry standards/practices to projects and initiatives. Experience with apparel factory production environment
- Experience in materials and the apparel supply chain
- Previous experience in change management is a plus
