Lead, mentor, and develop a group of engineering managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with Nasdaq’s strategic goals and business plans.
Take accountability for the performance and results of related teams and subject areas, supervising efficiency, goal progress, and activity levels.
Supervise the build, development, testing, and deployment of institutional investment software products, demonstrating .NET, cloud platforms (AWS), and modern front-end frameworks.

Manage prioritisation, project estimates, schedules, and delivery timelines, adapting plans to meet internal and external customer needs.
Ensure consistency to quality assurance, performance testing, and solving standards.
Evaluate current business processes and systems, driving cost-savings and risk control.
Provide strategic feedback and mentorship to teams working with IT systems strategy, development, and integration services.
Collaborate with and advise client organizations on system requirements and technology solutions that align with their strategy and processes.
Lead project teams to improve functionality of existing products for enhanced performance and usability.
Work across related disciplines—Architecture, DevOps, InfoSec—to tackle sophisticated software engineering problems.
Apply expertise and understanding of competition and industry trends to projects and strategy, making technology decisions that drive opportunities and competitive advantage.
12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing managers and large engineering teams.
Working knowledge/ Understanding in Gen AI , AI governance process
Proven expertise in .NET Framework/Core, SQL Server, JavaScript (Vue, Angular, React), and AWS cloud development.
Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with code versioning tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
