About the Role:
If you are looking to gain valuable internship experience while working with an exceptional University Recruitment team hiring the best of the best, we are the place for you!
This is a 12 weeks part-time (1 day per week) contract focused on HR data analytics.
*** This position is ONLY available to students GRADUATING IN OR AFTER Nov 2025 ***
What You'll Do:
Research university campus strategies for APAC and EMEA and work on the HR related data.
Provide support with planning our 2024 Summer Internship Program experience in EMEA and our 2025 Emerging Talent intake in Australia.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Gain valuable training and insights into a high performing, fast paced, global talent acquisition team at a growing organisation.
What You'll Need:
Currently residing and enrolled at a tertiary education institution in Australia (Essential)
Graduating from a Bachelor or Post-graduate degree IN OR AFTER Nov 2025 (Essential)
Proficient in a Mac environment (Good to have), MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (essential)
Experience with or interest in creative writing, marketing content creation, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
Project management skills, strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tracks of work
Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to work with multiple departments to bring inputs together to complete tasks
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Experience analysing data and metrics to develop insights and storytelling of campaign results
