About the Role

岗位名称：专员，营销员渠道新人发展

一、岗位职责：

• 推动新人发展规划的落地执行和新人发展目标的达成；
• 新人销售及客户经营平台运作，提升从业信心并推动新人提升业绩；
• 实施组织新人培训；
• 维护、推动新人荣誉体系，进行新人典范案例的宣传和推广；
• AL晋升推动
• 为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务

二、任职要求：

Education –大学本科以上，金融、管理、保险专业优先

Experience –3年以上行业工作经验，1年以上新人培育经验

Special skills

• 具有寿险业务培训经验
• 较强的语言、文字驾驭能力、数据分析能力、项目管理能力
• 基础英文读写能力
• 熟练使用办公电脑，擅长使用WORD.\PPT.\EXCEL.等office 软件
