Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to provide critical support to Product Managers in managing the lifecycle of our low-running “B” category specialty pump products. The APM will lead the pricing process for all SFC products, focusing on data collection, analysis, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate pricing inputs. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for enabling informed decision-making through data and process leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Portfolio Management:

  • Support lifecycle activities for “B” category products, including updates, rationalization, and phase-out planning.

  • Gather and maintain accurate product data, documentation, and technical specifications.

  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Pricing Management

  • Lead the pricing process for all SFC products by managing timelines, data collection, and coordination across regions.

  • Develop pricing reports and recommendations.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate pricing guidelines and maintain accurate pricing documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure product support and alignment.

  • Provide internal guidance and training on “B” category pumps.

Market & Customer Support:

  • Support regional teams with product inquiries, application support, and troubleshooting.

  • Assist in developing and updating product literature, manuals, and marketing materials.

Data & Reporting:

  • Track and report on product performance metrics, inventory levels, and sales trends.

  • Conduct periodic reviews to assess product relevance and recommend actions.

Compliance & Quality:

  • Ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with quality and compliance teams for audits and certifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or technical support, preferably in pumps or industrial equipment.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and fluid handling technologies.

  • Experience in pricing process management and analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and product lifecycle tools (e.g., PLM systems).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
