About the Role

• Play the role of technical expert in the algorithm field, proficient in addressing domain-specific challenges and driving technological innovations to achieve breakthrough solutions.
• Design, realize, optimize AI/advanced algorithm analytic applications, support AI applications operation.

• Design AI/advanced algorithm analytic applications and work out design specification. Lead develop programs with AI/advanced algorithms.
• Solve technical challenges in model design, optimization, deployment, and inference acceleration.
• Guide algorithm experts, including TSS and external consultants, to execute assigned tasks effectively.
• Ensure all AI applications requirement related key issues are identified and communicated in a structured and timely manner.
• Work closely with Application service team to ensure AI applications design and implementation within required timeline to support business objectives.
• Establish close collaboration with BUs and work with AI architects and front-end/back-end engineers to solve business challenges.Perform adhoc responsibilities and duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Efficiently manage challenging communications with IT peers to attain buy-in and actively collaborate with business users to clarify and prioritize user requirements, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
