Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in keeping the technology talent market relevant by upskilling and cross-skilling them. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. You will also contribute to course content development and create questions for certification and assessments. With your expertise, you will ensure that technology professionals are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and deliver training programs on technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. - Contribute to the development of course content and materials. - Create questions for certification and assessments. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Support technology professionals in upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure AWS solutions. - Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in AWS Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BTech, BE, MCA, or equivalent IT qualification is required.
