What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of submitted data and generate comprehensive reports for analysis

  • Analyze data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization within Operations

  • Create visually compelling reports and presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews, Client reports or other internal data reports for key stakeholders

  • Collect Client SLA’s & KPI’s to ensure data compliance with agreed terms and metrics. Ensure reports are accurate and reflect good data

  • Lead data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing statistical analysis to identify areas for process improvements

  • Generate, review, and distribute weekly/monthly files, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Develop and implement customized solutions to address Client and Agency challenges, leveraging critical thinking and data analysis

  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators, using tools like Power BI

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable business strategies

  • Create and maintain reference guides for data reports created

  • Act as a liaison between Clients, Agencies, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and resolution of issues

  • Regularly report on support metrics, providing insights to Leadership, Agencies, and Clients, and escalate issues when necessary

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational processes through the use of data analysis and technology

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and on-time delivery

  • Leverage analytical tools and software to optimize operational workflows and productivity

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as required by the organization

  • Mentor and provide guidance to internal Team members, helping them grow their data analysis and reporting skills

  • Support the Company Main phone line rotation and system which may result in answering phone calls as well

  • Investigate Trio system updates to support internal and external needs and to drive consistency of service offering. Act as a liaison between AHSA team and TrioVMS development team. Support internal staff/external users with the support and training of Trio

  • Work with Trio development team to improve Trio functionality and share new functionality ideas with development team

  • Manage TrioVMS updates and version roll outs and communicate internally/externally as required

  • Review, test, and report new functionality requests as well as bugs or problems to Trio development team

  • SQL knowledge is a plus but not required for this position

Experience/Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in using data analysis for Operational improvements and decision-making, or in Operation analysis, project management, or a related field

  • Experience in data analysis, identifying trends and reporting

  • Experience with managing Customer and Vendor relationships with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement

  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to continuously seek and implement process improvements

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Readily accessible and responsive to team and stakeholder needs

  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Proficient with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to analyze data for trends and generate reports

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to tailor messages to a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Strong presentation skills and experience in conducting training sessions

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

  • Strong Customer service orientation

  • Persuasive and business-savvy with the ability to understand Customer needs and market dynamics

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Strong ability to analyze large data sets, interpret results, and provide actionable insights

  • Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions

Preferred:

  • Experience in the Healthcare sector

  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and database management, with experience in data extraction and reporting, including familiarity with platforms like Snowflake

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, or similar tools like Asana, Trello, or MS Project for tracking progress and delivering solutions

  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data interpretation

  • Familiarity with statistical methods and quantitative analysis to assess Operational performance

Education: Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Salary: Starting at $70k

Location: Remote across the U.S or based out of one of our corporate offices in Traverse City MI, Frisco TX or Edmond OK. *Please note: At this time, we are only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
