We are seeking a dedicated and professional Part-time Receptionist/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing front desk reception services and managing office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

 

Responsibilities

  • Reception Duties: Answering and directing phone calls, handling general inquiries, and greeting clients, prospects, and visitors.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity. Maintain and restock the kitchen pantry.
  • Building Management: Coordinate with facility management services for repairs and maintenance. Manage and communicate with routine office vendors.
  • Supplies and Inventory: Oversee the procurement of office supplies, equipment, groceries, and furniture. Create monthly expense reports.
  • Mail Handling: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail and packages.
  • Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of client lunches, office lunches, Quest events and meetings.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Ad-Hoc: Assist with various tasks around the office and serve as back up to executive assistants.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, office manager, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift and move groceries and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

This is a part time, hourly consultant position for 20 hours per week at a rate of up to $25/hour based on experience. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred.
