The Business Product Owner (BPO) – Performance Management, Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) will be responsible for the capability for these three key planning functions.
For Performance Management, they will own the end‑to‑end performance measurement framework for Planning and the ongoing evolution of Performance indicators reporting. The role is accountable for ensuring indictor reporting technologies are clearly defined, consistently governed, and effectively used across PLAN, DELIVER, MTO, Finance, and regional teams to drive transparency, accountability, and performance improvement. The role will focus on pipeline enhancements to the One Performance Management System (OPMs).
The role also serves as the BPO for the Demand Planning & IBP process enablement. This will focus on Anaplan and OMP Demand Planning platform enhancements – ensuring that demand planning, risk & opportunity and IBP workflows are supported by scalable, fit‑for‑purpose digital capabilities. In this capacity, the role translates IBP and demand planning processes into prioritized Anaplan and OMP DP enhancements, drives platform evolution in line with IBP maturity and planning cadence, and ensures strong integration with downstream performance management and analytics solutions.
