What You Will Do:

Work closely with leadership to oversee a smooth, effective sales process that drives growth, with a focus on three key areas: 

Sales Team Engagement:

  • Collaborate with growth leaders and customer relationship executives to support strategic business development efforts, establish and manage forums to exchange ideas, and radiate best practices to the broader organization 

  • Collaborate with leadership on recruiting, onboarding and performance management of sales team 

  • Plan review sessions for senior leadership and growth organization to discuss key pursuits and programs 

Increase Productivity:

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales processes, streamline and optimize the sales process, and implement sales automation tools 

  • Utilize data to perform root cause analysis and inform actionable insights 

  • Identify opportunities for intelligent automation and tech-enablement of key steps in the sales process  

Sales Administration:

  • Support sales strategic planning, budgeting, and administration processes 

  • Support CREs in strategic account planning  
  • Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly/annual commission process

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 

  • Ability to define and manage initiatives and communicate progress to build stakeholder buy in

  • Six (6)+ years of relevant experience, including sales, training, and/or project management 

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite 



What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Prefer, in-depth knowledge of the sales process for advisory, digital and managed services to commercial and public sector clients
