Why this role is important?
Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Services, the Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the Patient Care Services programs in the Chronic Disease Management portfolio across Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw Drugstore Pharmacies.
The Senior Manager’s role balances strategy and planning with execution and program delivery. In this capacity, the Senior Manager is responsible for the successful execution of strategic programs and growth initiatives within the Chronic Disease Management Portfolio. The role will have significant exposure to cross-functional teams, working collaboratively on a day-to-day basis with business units, including Data Analytics, Professional Affairs, PC Health, Digital Pharmacy, Marketing, and Pharmacy Operations teams, among others.
