The foundational DNA of our brand is resonant across generations, timeless, and ripe for building upon. Our next step is to bring Glossier to more people in more places. We are inclusive, customer-devoted, curious, courageous, discerning, and results-driven.
Glossier is seeking a Lead Digital Business Analyst with experience in retail and/or eCommerce marketing and merchandising, and a passion for data-driven, repeatable, and rigorous analytics. A successful candidate in this role will have a broad skill set that includes strong analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work, ability to work with a cross functional team, and a passion for creating a world class experience for our customers. You have a deep appreciation for the e-commerce landscape and a mind for not just answering the “what” but also the “why” and the “how”. Your goal is to discover performance opportunities within the shopping funnel and communicate your insights to the business, thereby influencing the strategic roadmap.
