C.H. Robinson is seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our expanding team as an Accounting Analyst. In this role you will develop and implement innovative billing solutions for our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate financial recognition. You will collaborate with warehouse leaders to manage costs effectively and execute key transactions. Join us to support priority work, ensure compliance for invoicing and billing as well as contributing to future projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop billing solutions for warehouse Automated Goods Processing (AGP) recognition on profit and loss statements
  • Execute key transactions and collaborate with warehouse leaders to manage costs
  • Build and maintain processes to capture warehouse service line activities
  • Process intercompany transactions for in-house vendor work
  • Monitor and assist with small parcel reporting and transactions
  • Manage warehouse billing and support month-end billing activities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for freight and warehousing invoices
  • Provide support to teams utilizing Navisphere, our comprehensive logistics platform, troubleshooting as necessary
  • Partner with the North America Surface Transportation (NAST) commercial invoicing team
  • To optimize warehouse customer setups

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
  • Ability to review, analyze and validate billing data
  • Effective and flexible communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to use own judgment and make decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment
  • Effective in multitasking and prioritizing their skills and time
