About the team:

Sabre's Product & Solutions Delivery Team manages programs that support the Global Distribution System (GDS) travel distribution process. They ensure the smooth delivery of solutions that help airlines, travel agencies, and partners connect and operate effectively. The team focuses on delivering reliable and efficient tools to support the travel industry.

What you’ll be doing?

As an intern with the Product & Solutions Delivery team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in managing programs that support the GDS travel distribution process. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a team that ensures the smooth delivery of solutions for airlines, travel agencies, and other partners in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery team in implementing and migrating solutions for Sabre customers.
  • Conduct discovery and solutioning sessions with internal teams and customers (if required).
  • Analyze booking and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate to drive organizational strategies for conversion and annualization targets.
  • Align with Sales and Account Management teams on project goals and deliverables.
  • Assist with documentation and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality or Technology.
  • Interest in technology consulting, travel technology, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Basic business analyst skills, including the ability to gather requirements, document processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity software.
  • Adept with presentation and collaboration software.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Great collaborator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the strong curiosity to learn.

Important Note: This is an On-site internship, wherein the intern would be expected to work from office for at least 3 days a week. Only those students currently residing in Singapore and permitted to intern in Singapore, are eligible to apply.

Internship Duration: 3 months (Starting May 2024)
