The Manager, Employee Benefits (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive benefits offerings and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic advice. You will conduct market surveys, analyze benefit plans, and set equitable benefit plans consistent with market trends, potentially handling executive or international benefit plan components. Specific responsibilities include:

• Develop and administer benefits policies.
• Conduct market surveys to stay updated with current trends.
• Perform thorough analysis of benefit plans.
• Set equitable benefit plans consistent with market trends.
• Adhere to all relevant benefit regulations.
• Review potential classification changes and provide seasoned advice on strategies.
• Handle executive or international benefit plan components as needed.
• Define and execute processes for applicable medical leaves, ensuring adherence. (only in applicable countries)
• Collaborate with various teams, vendors, and consultants.
