Are you ready to shape the future of electric mobility? At Circle K eMobility, we’re on a mission to make EV charging seamless and accessible across Europe. We are now looking for a Commercial Developer to strengthen our work on roaming and commercial partnerships.

As part of the eMobility Sales & Marketing function, you will work with the commercial foundations behind roaming partnerships — enabling our customers to charge across partner networks and partner customers to access our charging points.

This role combines commercial analysis, strategy, and partnership collaboration, with high visibility and real impact on the EV charging experience we deliver across markets.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will focus on understanding, structuring, and improving the commercial logic behind our roaming and partnership models.

You will:

  • Analyze and develop commercial models
    Evaluate pricing structures, margins, incentives, and performance drivers across roaming and partnership setups.
  • Support and shape our roaming strategy
    Contribute analytical input and commercial recommendations that help guide how Circle K positions itself within the roaming ecosystem.
  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders
    Support partner dialogue with data, insights, and structured commercial reasoning, working closely with legal, product, finance, and local Business Units.
  • Translate complexity into clarity
    Turn data, contracts, and operational inputs into clear recommendations and decision material for management.
  • Build domain expertise
    Develop a strong understanding of roaming, charging platforms, and market dynamics through hands-on work, supported by experienced colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

Success in this role comes from strong analytical fundamentals, commercial curiosity, and the ability to learn and navigate domains quickly.

We believe you bring:

  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with data, models, and structured problem-solving
  • A commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Experience from commercial analysis, business development, strategy, consulting, finance, or similar roles
  • Ability to work across functions and explain complex topics in a clear and pragmatic way
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn a new domain
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field

Experience from eMobility, energy, or roaming is an advantage, but not a requirement.
