We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand and Digital Specialist to drive customer loyalty and retention in the Nordics region. This role involves engaging with both existing and new customer groups, promoting our innovative diabetes care solutions, and positioning Abbott as the leading brand in the minds of healthcare professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist the manager in planning, executing, and monitoring customer loyalty and retention projects.

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Consumer Brand Manager and Nordic CX team on patient insights and journeys to shape commercial activities based on an outside-in perspective.

  • Digital Support and Implementation: Convert project requirements into exceptional deliverables, including digital content, social media (SoME), webinars, CRM loyalty platforms, and digital customer engagement dialogues (e.g., CRM, local webinars, SMS) for the Nordics with the aim to acquire and retain customers, thereby increasing sales and maximizing brand potential.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback and behavior data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Follow-up: Ensure implementation processes are met, evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports using KPIs and postmortems to ensure learnings and improvements going forward.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for current and new projects.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, customer feedback, and key performance indicators.

  • Brand Alignment: Align content and communication across projects and related marketing material with guidelines and ensure consistency in all marketing-related projects.

  • Support: Create, proofread, and edit copy for related marketing projects and marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.

  • Liaison: Work closely with all support functions (including Regulatory, Customer Services, GSM, External Agencies, and EMEA Marketing) for projects.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all appropriate Abbott and statutory business and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, Abbott’s ethics and compliance, and code of business conduct procedures and protocols.

Education & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/BA in (Digital) Marketing preferred.

  • Digital experience needed for at least 1-3 years.

  • Experience in a tactical marketing/digital role, previously leading or supporting projects.

  • Knowledge of marketing/digital/CRM marketing possibilities.

  • Analytical know-how to measure and follow up on projects.

  • Curious and willing to challenge the status quo; proactively seeking out ways to improve and innovate patient and healthcare insights to drive change.

  • Ability to research and scope out what is being done in other countries that can be copied and implemented in the Nordics.

  • Analytical skills and the ability to collect, process, and interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Creative and communication skills.

  • Preferred fluency in one Nordic language and English, both oral and written.

  • Preferred experience working and executing digital campaigns.
