About the Role  

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. 

What You’ll Do 

Research Report Creation:

    • Develop regular and ad hoc research reports that encompass data collection, thorough analysis, insightful visualization, and meaningful commentary.
    • Present findings in a clear and compelling manner that highlights key insights and implications for client campaigns.

Insightful Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets related to consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
    • Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.

Integration with Creative Teams:

    • Collaborate with internal strategy, editorial, and creative teams to integrate research findings into compelling advertising campaigns.
    • Ensure that data insights are effectively utilized to optimize campaign strategies and messaging.

Cultural and Behavioral Context:

    • Connect data findings and recommendations to broader social, behavioral, and cultural trends to provide deeper context and understanding.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve our approach.

Leadership and Team Development:

    • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Set clear goals and objectives, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to drive team performance and professional growth.
