This leader oversees the cultivation and utilization of our analytics infrastructure, development and maintenance of essential data products, and stakeholder enablement to drive efficient processes, optimized marketing strategy, and ultimately elevated customer experience.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Director, Marketing Analytics, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive BI vision and strategy, aligned with marketing goals and business priorities, focused on delivering business value.
  • Build relationships with marketing leaders, business partners, and technology teams to understand stakeholder needs and analytics landscape to then develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage a team of analytics professionals, including data engineers and visualization developers, providing guidance, coaching, appreciation, and development.
  • Consult on the collection, storage, and integration of data across sources including Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, ON24, Certain, Google, LinkedIn, and The Trade Desk.
  • Expertise in analytics tools & languages such as Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI to guide development and maintenance of ETL workflows, visualization dashboards, and other data products.
  • Drive adoption of the marketing analytics suite by mentoring stakeholders and embedding dashboards into decision-making processes, ensuring key questions can be answered, usage is optimal, and perception is favorable.
  • Continuously improve business intelligence processes through open feedback loops with stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and data quality while adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and analytics, recommending new tools and solutions to enhance our capabilities.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Director, Marketing Analytics if you:

  • Have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with a focus on marketing.
  • Proven experience with Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organization, and communication abilities.
  • Positive, proactive self-starter with a transformational mindset, solid program management skills, and a knack for storytelling.
  • Empathetic relationship builder eager to navigate and collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed, global organization.
