The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) is shaping the future of execution excellence and is seeking a dynamic Portfolio Performance & Insights Lead to help the Portfolio Performance Management pillar achieve its objectives and elevate overall portfolio performance.

Role Overview
As a Portfolio Performance & Insights Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving R&D data analysis, business insights, KPI/metric development and tracking, and internal portfolio management reporting. This role translates data into actionable insights, supports strategic decision-making, and ensures key metrics drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of Enterprise data (Project R&D and Execution, Pipeline, Revenue) to surface trends and actionable insights
• Support design, launch, and maintenance of dashboards for portfolio reporting
• Develop, refine, and track KPIs and business metrics aligned with organizational strategy
• Own internal portfolio management reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery
• Translate complex data sets into clear narratives for executive audiences and cross-functional partners
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and business requirements
• Identify opportunities for AI, data automation, process improvement, and scalable reporting solutions

• Timeliness and accuracy of reporting and dashboards
• Measurable business impact of insights delivered
• Stakeholder satisfaction with data solutions and reporting clarity
• Improved decision-making through accessible, actionable insights and metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, or related field required
• 10+ years of relative experience within engineering/data analytics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with new product development processes and flows
• Interest in analytics, process improvement, and enterprise operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Experience supporting technology adoption and engaging diverse stakeholders is highly valued
